Overview
The GRE Focus Edition is now the standard version of the test, lasting just under 2 hours. It is section-level adaptive, meaning your performance in the first section of Verbal or Quant determines the difficulty of the next section. The exam is widely accepted by thousands of graduate schools, including top MBA and Law (JD) programs. Key features include the ability to skip questions, go back and change answers within a section, and an on-screen calculator for the math portion.
Registration
Registration for the GRE can be done online through the official ETS website. It is available year-round, and students can choose to take the test at an authorized center or at home.

ID Requirement: A valid International Passport is the primary ID for test-takers in India.
Fees (India): The standard registration fee is approximately INR 22,550.
Payment Options: Payments can be made via Credit/Debit cards, UPI, or PayPal.
Rescheduling: You must reschedule or cancel at least 4 days before your test date to avoid forfeiting the fee.
